Oylen Bible Camp offers two sessions:

• Grades K-5: Sunday—Wednesday

• Grades 6-12: Sunday—Friday

We ask for a suggested donation, but we never want finances to prevent a child from attending. Scholarships are available.

Absolutely! Friends are encouraged to attend together. Bringing a friend is a great way to experience camp.

Our staff members are carefully selected, background checked, and committed to providing a safe, Christ-centered environment.

Campers enjoy Bible teaching, worship, games, crafts, canoeing (grades 6-12), campfires, team activities, and plenty of opportunities to build friendships.

Oylen Bible Camp is an Alliance-affiliated Bible camp focused on sharing the Gospel and helping young people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ.

No. Snacks, crafts, and activities are included during camp, so campers do not need to bring any spending money.

Medications are securely stored and administered by designated staff according to the information provided on the registration.

It’s normal for some campers to feel homesick, especially during their first time away from home. Our counselors provide encouragement, friendship, and plenty of opportunities to stay engaged in camp activities. Most campers quickly feel at home. If a camper is having a difficult time, we will gladly allow them to call home. If we have any concerns, we will contact you right away. Our goal is for every camper to feel safe, supported, and loved while at Oylen Bible Camp.

Campers stay in age-appropriate cabins separated by boys and girls. Each cabin is supervised by trained adult counselors who are committed to providing a safe, welcoming, and Christ-centered environment. Cabin assignments are made based on age to help campers build friendships with others in their group.

We strive to maintain a low counselor-to-camper ratio so every camper receives personal attention, encouragement, and supervision. While the exact ratio varies depending on enrollment, our goal is approximately one counselor for every 5-8 campers, with additional staff and volunteers available throughout the day to support activities, meals, and special events.
